6.1 Kanban Pipeline & Deal Stages

1. Click Add New Lead / Deal → Fill Contact Name, Phone, Email, Deal Value (₹), and Company.
2. Drag and drop the Deal card across Kanban columns: New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal Sent → Won / Closed.
3. Verify deal stage updates in database via AJAX without full page reload.
4. Filter deals by assigned agent, date range, or deal value.

6.2 CRM Tasks & Team Follow-ups

1. Create a follow-up task attached to a specific Lead.
2. Set Due Date, Priority (High/Medium/Low), and assign to a Team Member.
3. Check task box → verify task marks completed and moves to task history.
4. Verify task calendar displays color-coded deadlines.

7.1 TRAI DLT Bulk SMS Gateway

Route: /omnichannel (SMS Tab)

1. Upload a CSV contact list with mobile numbers and names.
2. Select approved DLT Header / Sender ID and registered DLT Content Template ID.
3. Enter message body with dynamic variable tags (e.g. Hello {#var#}, your appointment is confirmed).
4. Click Send Broadcast → Verify delivery report table displays Delivered / Failed statuses.

3. Fill and submit form from the live public page.
4. Verification: Verify form submits successfully, shows custom Thank You message, and automatically creates a new Lead in the CRM Pipeline!

Referral Flow Testing

Route: /referralDashboard

1. Copy your unique Referral Link (e.g. https://ctrltasq.com/register?ref=MYREF123).
2. Open Incognito browser and register a new user using this referral link.
3. Activate and log in with the new user account.
4. Verify referred user appears under Referred Customers Table with status Completed.
5. Verify reward points/wallet credits are credited to referrer's account balance.

Referral Quota Enforcement Testing

1. Review Plan Feature: Referral Program Limit (e.g. 10 referrals for Basic Plan, Unlimited for Enterprise).
2. Verify dashboard progress bar shows Completed Count / Limit (e.g. 1 / 10).
3. When limit is reached, verify UI displays informative quota reached badge and disables extra referral reward generation until plan upgrade.

Paid Ad Campaigns (`/ad-campaign`)
