Data Deletion Instructions

1. INTRODUCTION

This page explains how you can request the removal of your personal data from CTRL TASQ, including data that may be shared with connected social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc.). NETFRANEX MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED (Company, we, us, our) respects your right to erasure under applicable privacy laws.

By using CTRL TASQ, you have the right to request deletion of your data. This instruction document outlines the process, timelines, and what to expect when you submit a data deletion request.

2. HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION

You can request data deletion through any of the following methods. Please use the method most convenient for you:

Important: To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing any deletion request. For requests initiated via email or post, we may require additional proof of ownership of the account.

3. DELETION FROM CONNECTED SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

If you have connected your CTRL TASQ account with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, etc.), your data deletion request will also trigger the removal of data shared with those platforms, subject to their policies.

3.1 What happens to social media data?

  • Immediate revocation: We will disconnect all social media integrations associated with your account.
  • Propagation of deletion: We send deletion signals to platforms like Facebook (via its Conversion API), LinkedIn, and Google. However, these platforms may retain logs or aggregated data per their own privacy policies.
  • Manual steps recommended: For complete removal, we advise you to also remove CTRL TASQ app permissions directly from your social media account settings (e.g., Facebook Apps & Websites).

3.2 Social platforms affected

  • Facebook / Instagram: Deletion of pixel data, custom audiences, and lead data.
  • LinkedIn: Removal of Insight Tag data and matched audiences.
  • Google (Ads, Analytics): Disassociation of your Google account and removal of advertising IDs.
  • Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat (if integrated): Similar disconnection and data removal.

Note: Some social platforms may retain anonymized or aggregated usage statistics even after deletion. We cannot control their internal retention policies; please refer to their privacy policies for details.

4. WHAT DATA IS DELETED

The following table summarizes the categories of data that will be permanently removed upon successful verification of your deletion request:

Note: Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited period (up to 90 days) before complete purging, as required for disaster recovery. Such backups are inaccessible to production systems.

5. CONFIRMATION AND TIMELINE

Once we receive your data deletion request, the following process applies:

  1. Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours.
  2. Verification: We may request additional information to confirm your identity (e.g., a verification link sent to your registered email).
  3. Processing: Actual deletion of data from our active databases begins within 7 business days after verification.
  4. Final confirmation: Once deletion is complete, we will notify you via email. This usually takes up to 30 days, depending on the complexity of connected services.

5.1 Exceptions

We may decline deletion requests if we are legally required to retain certain data (e.g., for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance). In such cases, we will inform you with reasons.
